This term Squirrels have been thinking about special
clothes. Reverend Mike came in to show us the special clothes he wears at
church. We also watched some Hindu weddings and then dressed up in Hindu
special clothes. The children pretended to be at a Hindu wedding and enjoyed
dancing to the Indian music. Some children made garlands to wear.
Later in the
day the children noticed the bindis and made their own out of paper and
sellotape. They also made paper
jewellery such as earrings and crowns.
