trails around our woodland.
Year 6 - RE The Journey of Life

Year 6 - Fundraising for NSPCC
Year 6 took on the challenge of raising money for The NSPCC.
As part of this, they had to design and set up a big work out. Each group came
up with a proposal and the children voted for the one they thought would be the
best challenge. Will S, Jove and Eskil were the eventual winners and did a
great job of setting up a muddy and wet course. The children threw themselves
into the challenge and especially loved jumping in the paddling pool. Luckily,
it was nice and sunny so the children dried very quickly 😊
We would just like to say a big thank you to Year 6 for
doing such a great job in raising money and supporting the NSPCC.

Year 6 - Clean Air Day
Jean
and Kirsty from Hampshire County Council came to talk to year 6 about a Clean Air project and how we should think about walking to school. They told us lots
of interesting facts and we looked at a local map, thinking about the safest
walking routes.
We are designing an information poster to encourage understanding about the importance of clean air and found out that it will be Clean Air Day on Thursday 15th June.
Year 6 - Shakespeare Study
Year
6 have been studying Shakespeare. We went out into the woodland to practise and
perform a scene from Macbeth where Macbeth and Banquo meet the three witches
and find out their destiny……
